What payment methods do you accept?

  • Payment can be done upon collection or by card.

 

What is your return policy?

  • Replacement of products is possible within 1 (one) week from the date of purchase.
  • Products can only be exchanged with the purchase invoice.
  • It is not possible to replace damaged and used products.
  • Products cannot be replaced if the packaging is damaged.
  • Products on offer cannot be exchanged.
  • Seasonal products do not change after the end of the season (even if less than a week has passed since the purchase).
  • It is not possible to return the money but to exchange products with other products.
  • In the case of defective products, they are checked by our service and you will be answered within 48 hours for the reason of the defect.
  • For hygienic reasons, underwear can’t be changed.
